Join FOLAR (Friends of the Lower Appomattox River) for a fun and exciting 5k on Friday, April 1st! The race will take place along the beautiful Appomattox River, with breathtaking views and fresh air. Whether you are an experienced runner or just starting out, this event is perfect for all skill levels.

All participants will receive a race t-shirt and a finisher medal. The event will also feature water stations along the route, as well as prizes for the top finishers in each age group.
